Join us for a four(4) week series starting March 1, hosted by PMC Coordinator Kerri Wilson and Psychology Student Intern, Georgie.

Over the four weeks, attendees will talk about how to change your relationship with anxiety, share experiences in a safe space, and learn some anxiety-management and coping techniques.

Each week will feature two sessions which will complement each other but attendance at both is not required.
