Grad Student Writing Group

Are you looking to connect with other graduate students? Do you need more accountability in graduate school? The PMC Graduate Writing Group is here for you! Graduate students (Masters and Ph.D.) from all faculties/departments are encouraged to join our supportive and ever-growing graduate student community.
Students begin each session by setting tangible goals (specific tasks to complete during the session) and end each session by reflecting on their progress and setting goals for the week ahead. Regular attendance is not mandatory and graduate students do not have to turn on their webcams/microphones to participate. By joining the group, participants have even found work “buddies” to regularly check in with throughout the week. This group reminds graduate students that they are not alone and offers them a supportive, safe space to soundboard ideas and receive tips and advice.
