This virtual Learning Strategies drop-in program will help you develop your learning skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This week we will be talking about reading!
Keeping up with course readings and staying engaged can be challenging. During this session we will discuss how to create a reading template to help identify and select main ideas to help keep you focused. We will also review how your readings can help you prepare for class and varying strategies for different types of reading formats. Finally, we will introduce free reading software which can be used to help alleviate the cognitive strain of decoding what your readings mean.
