What is it? a tool designed to help you recognize what your mind and body may be telling you. Awareness is the first step to addressing difficulties that may be getting in the way of your academics and mental health.
What can I use it for? PMC encourages you to use the Self Awareness Exercise to monitor your academic and mental-health wellbeing. Using the exercise regularly will help you identify the resources that best fit your needs at any given time. Do so at least twice per semester to receive a personalized feedback report once the term is over. The report in December will display your general and academic self-awareness throughout the semester and offer information on additional PMC and On-Campus Resources that are specific to your needs.
