Start Fresh – Change Your Habits!
This 6-week program aims to help you develop new habits and move towards your goals. With the start of a new academic term, you realize that old habits may be affecting different areas in your life such as academics, relationships, work and psychological/physical health. You recognize that the strategies you are using may be ineffective and preventing you from moving forward. You have been stumbling on the same hurdles from term to term and you do not seem to be able to overcome them.
Join us to learn about how to change your old behavior patterns and what you can do to move towards developing and maintaining new habits with the use:
- Practical strategies
- Group support and counselling
- Self-monitoring and tracking tools
