SUMMARY:Unmasking Connections: Neurodiversity Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Through discussions, activities, and on-campus field trips, this group fosters connection, social communication skills, and wellness.&nbsp;This group may be a good fit for students with various disabilities including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more. No diagnosis is required to participate in the group.



On November 26th we will go on a field trip to the Carleton Disability Awareness Centre (CDAC).



At CDAC we&#039;ll learn about social support regarding disability and accessibility.

Gain tools for managing stress, energy, and transitions



Explore creative and mindful outlets for self-care



Build a community of support and shared experiences



Promote wellbeing through nutrition, sleep, and self-compassion
