tests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit request for accommodation to PMC at least two weeks before the first in-class scheduled test, midterm, or exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"cuol-mid-term-exams\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">CUOL mid-term exams<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit request for accommodation to PMC at least two weeks before the 1st CUOL midterm exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"formally-scheduled-exams\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formally scheduled exams <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit request for accommodation to PMC by the deadlines listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/students.carleton.ca\/academic-dates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registrar&#8217;s Dates and Deadlines webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"returning-adaptive-equipment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returning Adaptive Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum borrowing period for adaptive equipment is one term.
