be able to demonstrate the following criteria in their application:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A significant contribution toward awareness, equity and integration of persons with disabilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some of the traits for which Dr. Burton was most noted: perseverance, dedication, and a strong sense of community spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants should be <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">enrolled as a special, part-time or full-time student in one of the four participating institutions<\/strong> \u2013 Carleton University, University of Ottawa, Algonquin College, and La Cit\u00e9 Coll\u00e8giale, in good academic standing and returning to studies in the fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduating students are also welcome to apply, however preference
