This form is meant for use by PMC-staff only. All requests for communications from PMC staff should be made using this form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission Deadines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Website:<\/strong> no less than two (2)<\/strong> weeks before the page must be live\/available or updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Livefeed:<\/strong> on a rolling-bases<\/strong>, as needed (please note the newsletter deadlines for monthly student newsletter submissions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Newsletter:<\/strong> 12pm<\/strong> the Monday prior to distribution (the newsletter is distributed the second Wednesday of each month; some exceptions may apply)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Social Media:<\/strong> no less than one (1) week<\/strong> before the post must be live\/available. Please note that due to the nature of social media, timeliness for submissions is very important<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Events:<\/strong> no less than two (2) weeks<\/strong> before the page must be live\/available or updated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
