Reviewing your notes within 24 hours of the lecture allows you to more effectively fill in gaps, clarify incomplete sentences or ideas, and finalize your notes prior to uploading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Correct<\/strong> obvious spelling and formatting issues.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your notes don\u2019t need to be perfect, but they should be legible and understandable to other students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Remove identifying information<\/strong> from your notes.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help us maintain the <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">anonymity of the Volunteer Notetaking program<\/strong> by removing your name, student number, and\/or other identifying factors from your notes prior to uploading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Upload your notes<\/strong> to the Ventus portal <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">within 72 hours<\/strong> of your lecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Stay connected<\/strong> with the Volunteer Notetaking team!\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are you missing class today?
