MA in Political Science, 2019
During my time at Carleton, I participated in the Political Science MA Co-op Program. Through the Program, I got a job with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada as a Women in Communications and Technology Program Administrator. Following my Co-op term, I was hired on a casual contract. From there I moved to Natural Resources Canada where I worked as an Outreach Officer and Project Assistant before moving on to Employment and Social Development Canada where I worked as a Communications Assistant. Following graduation, I was hired as a Communications Coordinator for the Métis Nation of Ontario.
Being able to participate in the Political Science MA Co-op Program at Carleton University opened doors for me in my career that I would not have had otherwise.
