She joined Oxfam Canada in December 2021 and currently is their Public Engagement Officer. She\u2019s worked at the International Development Research Centre, WUSC, and Global Affairs Canada and did internships in Ghana and Vietnam. Prior to this role, he assessed and reported on irregular migration trends, risks, and business intelligence for IRCC\u2019s international Missions. Dr. Barkley completed his PhD in Political Science at Carleton University in February 2022.
