It looks at how major global powers, including China, the United States, and the European Union, are engaging in Ghana\u2019s digital infrastructure and human capital. It also explores how Ghanaian policymakers, institutions, businesses, and civil society are responding to these changes. Instead of seeing this only as great power rivalry, the project focuses on Ghana\u2019s choices and strategies in shaping its digital future.
