Join us for the fourth keynote of this series titled "Analysis of the electoral results" with Jorge Richter (Political Analyst and Political Scientist) and Vladimir Torrez (Political Scientist, Lawyer and University Professor) and moderated by Pedro Portugal Mollinedo, (Historian and Director of the digital indigenist-thought periodical Pukara).



Presentations will be in Spanish with English interpretation made available, and the event will be streamed on YouTube as well as via Zoom.
