The syllabus for PECO 5000 seemed like an expansion on my favorite fourth year seminar in undergrad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My areas of research interest include\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The climate crisis. Market Fundamentalism. Capitalism as a cause of climate crisis. Resource exploitation. The gap between climate science &amp; government action, particularly in British Columbia, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What activities have you been involved in lately?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angela MacEwen&#8217;s recent federal election campaign, as an NDP candidate, in Ottawa center.<br>\nThe IPE Graduate Conference at Carleton<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What advice would you give to a prospective Political Economy graduate student?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;re getting a masters in social sciences during the 6th mass extinction, make it count.
