Through the Institute, I completed a student research placement with the Canadian Labour Congress and later became a policy analyst and member of the secretariat supporting the work of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/employment-social-development\/corporate\/portfolio\/labour\/programs\/labour-standards\/reports\/what-we-heard-expert-panel-modern-federal.html\">Expert Panel on Modern Federal Labour Standards<\/a> within the Labour Program at Employment and Social Development Canada.
