He did his undergraduate degree in law and sociology at the State University of La Paz San Andres (UMSA). He worked as a researcher at the Center for documentation and information of Bolivia (CEDIB) and was an advisor to a constituent assembly member during the drafting of the most recent Constitution. Vladimir is writing his Master&#8217;s research paper on the &#8220;extractivism&#8221; debates in Latin America and is working with professor <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/polisci\/people\/cristina-rojas\/\">Cristina Rojas<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vladimir is from Bolivia.
