Mark Hosak is a progressive political professional born and based in beautiful British Columbia, on the unceded territory of the Musqueam Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh. He came from a heavily polarized political household where dinner conversation took the tone of Question Period, so an interest in politics was not optional. His passion for politics drove him to get an Honours degree in Political Science from SFU and take part in the BC Legislative Internship Program. Hosak worked in nonprofit fundraising before joining the MPM program with the goal of making his passion his career. Since then, he has worked on municipal, provincial, leadership, federal campaigns in organizing, fundraising and consulting roles. Now Hosak works as Director of Engagement for Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart’s reelection campaign.<\/p>\n
