Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Evan is devoted to giving the West a stronger voice in Ottawa while also helping Western Canadians better understand the role the federal government can play in their lives and communities.<\/p>\n
He previously served as Issues and Appointments Manager in the office of the Minister of Northern Affairs and Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada., and later as Issues Manager and Communications Advisor to the Minister of Sport and Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada.<\/p>\n
Evan also served as Communications Manager on the Liberal Party of Canada’s campaign in Regina\u2013Lewvan in the 2025 federal election, helping to deliver a historic result for the party in the riding.<\/p>\n
He now serves as Senior Communications Advisor and Issues Manager to the Minister of Emergency Management and Community Resilience and Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada.<\/p>\n
