During that time, he worked on policy and legislative files across the federal government and played a critical role in advancing and implementing the Government\u2019s legislative agenda. Michael has also held leadership roles in several federally and provincially led political campaigns, including in his home province of Newfoundland and Labrador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael combines his deep understanding of complex policy and legislative environments, procedural and parliamentary insight, and strategic expertise to guide clients, political actors, and other stakeholders effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"not-prose cu-quote cu-component-spacing\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The program deepened my understanding of governance and the inner workings of Canada\u2019s political institutions, while developing skill sets that helped me navigate complex organizational and political challenges more effectively.
