She has over 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with deep expertise in infrastructure policy, government procurement, and stakeholder relations.<br><br>Previously, she served at Infrastructure Ontario as Vice President, Development Programs, where she led the design and implementation of a strategic framework for a complex land development portfolio, and as Director of Partnerships, where she built the enterprise function that coached project teams on government engagement and led the intake process for new projects.<br><br>Kailey also held senior leadership roles in the Ontario government, including Chief of Staff to the President of the Treasury Board, Director of Policy, Major Projects in the Premier\u2019s Office, and Director of Policy to the Minister of Transportation. In these roles, she led the advancement of major infrastructure projects, drove regulatory reforms, and steered the over $200 billion budget of Canada\u2019s largest province.<br><br>Kailey has worked as a public affairs consultant and as an in-house government relations advisor at Desjardins Insurance. She started her career as a political staffer in the federal government and has deep roots in the Ontario PC Party and with the federal Conservatives.<br><br>Kailey holds a master\u2019s degree in Political Management from Carleton University and a bilingual Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and a Bilingual Certificate in Public Administration and Public Policy from Glendon College at York University.
