Her training in mediation and conflict resolution, coupled with her specialized education in political management, makes her uniquely qualified to create advocacy and strategic plans. She has experience in advocacy, not-profit work, fundraising, digital campaigns, and grassroots movements. She is an expert at recognizing which voices need to be at the table and ensuring they get there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her master\u2019s degree in political management, Katrina holds a honours bachelor&#8217;s degree in peace in conflict studies from the University of Waterloo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The Riddell Program is why I have been able to succeed in my current role.&nbsp;&nbsp;The hands-on education, coupled with the professors\u2019 expertise on how to navigate the political environment, provided me with enviable skills and knowledge I am using daily.
