Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management, to the <a href=\"https:\/\/parks.canada.ca\/culture\/designation\/commission-board\">Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 1919, the board advises the minister responsible for Parks Canada on fulfilling the minister\u2019s duties under the Historic Sites and Monuments Act. This includes the designation of historic sites, events, or individuals of national historic significance. He has published extensively on Canadian history, with a focus on politics, ideas, and international relations. His most recent book is the third edition of the <em>Historical Dictionary of Canada <\/em>(co-authored with Barry Gough).
