The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs invites you to a lunchtime panel on the topic of non-academic careers in the government and university sectors featuring alumni from Carleton’s graduate programs. Items of discussion will include the challenges of finding non-academic work, how to present oneself to employers, the pros and cons of non-academic work, developing effective professional strategies, and more.

The panel will take place on Monday, March 16, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in 2017 Dunton Tower. Pizza will be served! Come a little early (between 11:30 and 12:00) for food and an opportunity to meet the panelists, organizers, and other attendees.
