The Prison Transparency Project requires a team of researchers and partner representatives with deep knowledge of carceral institutions, their governance and oversight. To ensure the project’s success, we also need researchers with strong qualitative skills and conversancy with diverse forms of knowledge dissemination, leadership skills and the ability to manage large projects. Our partner team members bring to this project excellent networking skills, a sophisticated understanding of social science research, and a proven ability to advocate for change and transparency in carceral systems. Facilitation and presentation skills are also strong assets in helping us achieve our knowledge dissemination goals.
