Depending on complexity, more time may be required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Events booked with fewer than 10 business days&#8217; notice will be charged overtime labour rates<\/strong> (after hours\/weekend). This includes significant last minute changes to event requirements within this timeframe<strong>. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Events booked with fewer than five days&#8217; notice will also be charged a late booking fee of $275.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Overtime rates will be charged on technician hours that exceeds seven hours in one day.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A technician is required at all times for the duration of your event.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please fill out the form below to begin the process of booking your event.
