This award (up to two $1,000 awards per Faculty) is given to outstanding undergraduate students who exemplify student engagement by excelling in at least two of the following four areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Community engagement<\/li><li>International learning experience<\/li><li>Immersive learning<\/li><li>Undergraduate research<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/tls\/students\/provost-scholar-award\/\">Teaching and Learning Services<\/a> for full nomination details. Nominations are due <strong>Friday, February 17, 2023. <\/strong>We encourage nominations for students who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, Racialized, Indigenous and students with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Provost will also select one award winner to receive the Peter J. Ricketts\u00a0Outstanding Provost Scholar Award, valued at $1,700. This award may also be divided between two recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Award recipients will be invited, along with their family members and nominators, to attend an award presentation event in the spring.
