One award per Faculty is available, valued at $500 each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This award is given to outstanding undergraduate students who exemplify student engagement by excelling in at least two of the following four areas: community engagement; international learning experience; immersive learning; and undergraduate research. Although there can be a broad interpretation of these four categories due to the variety of activities and engagement happening across the university, the nomination must be linked to students\u2019 studies at Carleton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Peter J. Ricketts Outstanding Provost Scholar Award, valued at $2,000, will be presented to one exceptional Provost Scholar Award recipient (the award may also be divided between two recipients). The Provost will select the recipient of this award. We encourage nominations for students who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, Racialized, Indigenous and students with disabilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The nomination deadline is February 23, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your continued support of this initiative and for your dedication to recognizing and honouring students\u2019 accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sincerely,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L.
