Dr. Marina Milyavskaya, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, has been awarded an Ontario Early Researcher Award and a Carleton 2018 Research Achievement Award!
Dr. Milyavskaya received each award based on excellence in two separate lines of research. Her research conducted under the Ontario Early Researcher Award will assess the role of motivation in experiencing obstacles toward goal pursuit. You can read more about it here. The CU Research Achievement Award, given to recognize outstanding research achievements, was awarded to Dr. Milyavskaya for her research on motivation and obstacles to healthy eating.
