She now works as a <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Business Analyst<\/strong> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessmha.ca\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.accessmha.ca\/\">Access Mental Health and Addictions<\/a>, where she contributes to improving mental health services through her expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"not-prose cu-quote cu-component-spacing\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">&#8220;It&#8217;s okay to change your mind about what you want to do. Explore every option and accept every opportunity offered to you, even if you think it&#8217;s not the right fit for you. You may find yourself enjoying it, or it&#8217;s a valuable lesson for future endeavors. What matters in the end is you are proud of the work you are doing.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 id=\"brief-description-of-what-i-do\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Brief description of what I do!<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I analyze data to establish reporting standards and monitor for system issues within the data. I evaluate program processes to identify and provide solutions for inefficiencies. I provide technology support for frontline staff and act as a bridge between development teams and operations teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"what-inspired-your-career-path-after-graduation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">What inspired your career path after graduation?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing my Master&#8217;s, I continued working as a Research Assistant in the same lab. A few months later, I was recommended for a Data Analyst position in this program and applied.
