The event, chaired by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Gabonese Republic in Washington DC, provided a platform for national authors from various French-speaking countries to present their literary works to a large and engaged audience. We are thrilled to announce that Winnie&#8217;s first collection of short stories, &#8220;Handicapped,&#8221; was selected as a finalist for this Inaugural Book Fair.
