needed to be taken to effectively implement the recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Determine what resources will be needed and how long it will take to implement the plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Identify support needed from the Office of Quality Initiatives, and outline roles and responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Present implementation plan to Organizational Excellence Steering Committee for approval to move forward<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Reward the Benchmarking Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Transfer responsibility for implementation of the recommendations to implementation team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"implement-the-changes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implement the changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Communicate with the employees and the customers who will be affected by the changes made to the process and\/or policy that was benchmarked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Educate and\/or train employees and customers on how to use and manage the changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Implement the changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"measure-the-impact-and-report-the-results\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measure the impact and report the results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Monitor and measure impact of changes to the performance of the process and\/or policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Review periodically how employees and customers are adapting to the changes made to the process and\/or policy that was benchmarked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Report to Organizational Excellence Steering Committee semi-yearly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Convey results to benchmarking team
