The Office of Quality Improvement (OQI) at Carleton University offers a variety of services designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the university community. We provide change management support to ensure smooth transitions, along with customized facilitation and coaching. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

OQI also focuses on promoting faculty and staff well-being, enhancing evidence-informed planning, and fostering learning and professional development. Our goal is to support the university by creating a healthier and more effective work environment through tailored workshops and strategic assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use Carleton University’s five-phase Benchmarking Model to implement best practices that enhance service delivery, foster continuous improvement, and streamline processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
