On Mac running Big Sur, it might be necessary to move the installer to your desktop to allow it to run.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Install QNX Momentics IDE\n<ol>\n<li>Use the QNX Software Centre<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Add Installation&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select QNX Momentics IDE<\/li>\n<li>Click Next through the installation wizard to finish installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Install QNX SDP 7.1\n<ol>\n<li>Click &#8220;Add Installation&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;QNX Software Development Platform 7.1&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click Next through the installation wizard to finish installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Install QNX Raspberry PI specific package\n<ol>\n<li>Click &#8220;Manage Installations&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Available&#8221; tab<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the qnx710 SDP installation is select in the dropdown on the top-right<\/li>\n<li>Expand &#8220;QNX Software Development Platform&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Expand &#8220;Board Support Packages&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;QNX SDP 7.1 BSP for Raspberry PI BCM2711 R-Pi4&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click the blue Install arrow button<\/li>\n<li>Click Next through the installation wizard to finish installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Install QNX on Raspberry PI<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Put your micro SD card into your USB SD card reader<\/li>\n<li>Insert USB card reader into your computer<\/li>\n<li>Format the SD card to a FAT32 filesystem &#8211; this will delete all existing files on your SD card!\n<ol>\n<li><em>Windows:<\/em> In the video, Windows asks to format the SD card.\u00a0 If this does not happen, right-click on the SD card drive in Windows Explorer and select Format.\u00a0 Make sure that you format using a FAT32 filesystem<\/li>\n<li><em>Mac:<\/em> Open Disk Utility. Select the SD card and click Erase.
