Consent must be <a href=\"https:\/\/360.carleton.ca\/urd\/sits.urd\/run\/siw_lgn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submitted in advance through&nbsp;Carleton 360<\/a>&nbsp;before any information will be shared with the people or organizations you specify.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-to-authorize-a-third-party-release\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Authorize a Third-Party Release<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/360.carleton.ca\/urd\/sits.urd\/run\/siw_lgn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Login to&nbsp;Carleton 360<\/a>&nbsp;with your MC1 credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cThird Party Release\u201d on the left hand side and select \u201cCreate New Undergraduate Third Party Release\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in all of the mandatory fields, and select the options which you would like to release to your Third Party. Ensure your Third Party is aware of your Validation Question and Answer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure you hit submit. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to your cmail account if the record has saved correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*Please note, you can only submit a Third Party Release for the maximum duration of one year, after that time, you must re-submit your request. An email will be sent prior to the expiry of any active Third Party releases to remind you to review your releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"uses-of-the-third-party-release\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uses of the Third-Party Release<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Third-Party Release can be used to share the following information with a chosen person or organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirmation of graduation and degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petitions and Appeals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick up my certificate(s) of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick up my diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick up my transcript(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration Amendments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to Authorize a Third-Party Release *Please note, you can only submit a Third Party Release for the maximum duration of one year, after that time, you must re-submit your request.
