At Carleton University, we are proud of all of our graduands, past and present.&nbsp; If you have met your program requirements, or you are finishing up the final requirements for your degree, you should be congratulated on this important milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to ensure that everything goes as planned between now and convocation, and that nothing hinders your plans to graduate, please make sure to review the information on this website very closely and carefully.&nbsp; The result will also be posted to your online graduation application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your application is unsuccessful (insufficient credits, low CGPA, etc.) then the Registrar\u2019s Office will not recommend you as a candidate for graduation.&nbsp; Our office will hold your diploma for pick up until the new year. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed in February 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winter 2026: Your diploma will be available for pick up in the Registrar\u2019s Office (300 Tory Building) starting on March 9, 2026. Our office will hold your diploma for pick up until the end of the summer. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed in September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fall 2025: Your diploma will be available for pick up in the Registrar\u2019s Office (300 Tory Building) starting on November 10, 2025. Our office will hold your diploma for pick up until the spring. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed in June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note diplomas will be sent via Canada Post, standard mail, to an address in North America.
