Academic Performance Evaluation

Protecting Your Privacy (Confidentiality of Student Records)
At Carleton University, personal and academic information is considered confidential. As a result, the Registrar’s Office follows certain procedures in disclosing this type of information. More information is available at the Registrar’s Office website.

Transcripts
Your academic transcript is a chronological record of grades received for all courses taken at Carleton. Also listed on the transcript are dates of graduation from all completed degree programs and registration status for all terms. Find out more at the Transcript page.

Verification of Student Status (RESP)
Upon submitting a Request for Verification of Enrolment (provided to the student by the RESP Provider), the Registrar’s Office will produce a Verification of Student Status Letter. Find out more about the Verification of Student Status Letter at the Registrar’s Office website.

Voluntary Withdrawal from Program
Undergraduate students who wish to withdraw from their program, without academic penalty, may do so through the Registrar’s Office. More information is available at the Registrar’s Office website.
