The method to request Transcripts is online through Carleton Central (current students login via the Portal). This manual method is for use only in instances where you do not have access to Carleton Central and require an “official” Transcripts. There is a longer processing time for manual requests, please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of these requests.
Please note we do not fax or email transcripts (official) or certificates of enrolment to students or third parties.
To order your Transcript manually, please download the request form and follow the instructions on the form. Due to COVID-19, please submit the form with identification via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
