Bachelor of Nursing
Welcome to Carleton and your Bachelor of Science Nursing program
Please read this degree guide prior to registering.
Your Degree Program (BScN)
Carleton’s Bachelor of Nursing (BScN) is a compressed degree designed for students who want to study full-time throughout the fall, winter, and summer semesters. You’ll learn both on campus and through real world experiences in small group labs and clinical placements. Along with clinical placement beginning in semester one, we use cutting-edge technology like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to simulate medical scenarios, giving you strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. These experiences will prepare you to become a practice-ready Registered Nurse.
The Faculty of Nursing is located in the Carleton Technology and Training Centre (CTTC). For questions about the program, please contact the department by e-mail at nursing@cunet.carleton.ca. Walk-ins are not currently available.
