Spend a Summer, a Semester, or a Year Abroad

Religion students may study abroad either through an exchange offered by Carleton’s International Student Services Office, or by enrolling in RELI 3850 Topics in the Study of Religion Abroad.

Carleton’s International Student Services Office (ISSO) offers a full range of exchange programs

Greek and Roman Studies students can spend one or two semesters studying abroad on an exchange through Carleton’s International Student Services Office, normally transferring their credits back into their Carleton Religion degree.

RELI 3850 Topics in the Study of Religion Abroad

This travel course explores religion in its historical and/or contemporary contexts in a particular geographic locale. Travel destinations, religious traditions studied, course content, and themes vary from year to year.
