Recently retired from government, she is now pursuing a life-long ambition to help advance First Nations\u2019 self-government, with a leadership role in establishing the Rebuilding First Nations Governance project and as project manager. Catherine\u2019s areas of experience are public policy, self-government, human resources, public sector ethics and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Catherine is M\u00e9tis, born in Alberta and raised in the Northwest Territories.
