Kernel-Based PET Image Reconstruction using Dynamic PET and MR Anatomical Information
\n<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In this thesis, we explored PET image reconstruction using kernel expectation maximization (KEM) using multiscale wavelet kernels, MR prior information, and feature-driven spatial weighting.\u00a0This work was co-supervised with\u00a0Dr. Robert deKemp<\/a>\u00a0and was done in\u00a0conjunction with\u00a0The University of Ottawa Heart Institute<\/a>. We also had great support from\u00a0Prof.\u00a0Guobao Wang<\/a>\u00a0at the University of California, Davis.<\/p>\n

Zahra now moves on to a post-doctoral position with\u00a0National Research Council Canada (NRC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n
