The workplace supervisor should complete a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/websitedev.wsib.ca\/sites\/default\/files\/2021-04\/0007a.pdf\">WSIB Form 7<\/a>\u00a0and a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/riskmanagement\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2025\/10\/Letter-of-Authorization-to-Represent-Employer-1.pdf\">Letter of Authorization<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/riskmanagement\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/Letter-of-Authorization-to-Represent-Employer.pdf\">.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If a student has been injured while on an paid\/unpaid placement, the following steps must be completed \u2026.
