By integrating advanced sensor technology with the Thriving.ai platform, this project enables older adults to live safely, securely, and healthily in their own homes for longer. The system continuously monitors well-being, detects potential risks, and facilitates real-time communication between caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members. This proactive approach ensures that older adults receive timely support while maintaining their independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What makes this project unique is its multidisciplinary model, which seamlessly combines formal care services (such as healthcare providers) with informal support from families and communities. By bridging these care gaps, the project enhances overall quality of life and reduces unnecessary hospital visits.
