Condition clearance requires that you arrange for all documents requested in your conditions be submitted (mailed, or as otherwise directed on your Offer of Admission) to the <a href=\"https:\/\/graduate.carleton.ca\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Graduate Studies<\/a> (GS). <strong>You will not be able to register for courses in your graduate program until these conditions have been satisfied<\/strong>. Please access additional submission instructions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/graduate.carleton.ca\/apply-online\/required-documents\/\">Required Documents page<\/a>.<p><\/p>\n<p>Once the conditions have been removed, you will be sent a Revised Offer of Admission which can be viewed in <a title=\"Carleton Central\" href=\"https:\/\/central.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carleton Central<\/a>.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19273 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gradstudents.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-block.png\" alt=\"Step 4\" width=\"36\" height=\"36\"><\/figure><\/td><td>Apply for On-campus Housing<\/td><td>The application for on-campus housing is separate from the admissions process. If you are interested in applying for on-campus housing, you must first accept your Offer of Admission and then submit your housing application by the deadline to be entered into the lottery. To protect your privacy, Carleton is only able to respond to inquiries about your student file\/account through your Carleton email.&nbsp;Once you have accepted your offer, you will see a pop up in&nbsp;<a title=\"Carleton Central\" href=\"https:\/\/central.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carleton Central<\/a>&nbsp;inviting you to activate your account. Competition for these awards can be very strong, and preparing a successful application takes time. To audit a course, begin by registering in the course. Then, approach the course instructor to request permission to audit the course, and have them sign the <a href=\"https:\/\/gradstudents.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Audit-Request-form-1.pdf\">request for permission to audit a course<\/a> form. While we cannot change class capacity, we encourage students to keep attempting to register during the registration period as enrolment can fluctuate.
