Halim\u2019s research group receives a high number of visitors at every level who work in the broad area of next-generation wireless networks and who stay anywhere from a few weeks up to two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halim\u2019s lab has hosted 61 visiting scholars over the years. There are currently four visiting Ph.D. students who have joined his research group. Three more scholars are expected to arrive in January 2023, with more arriving in the following spring and summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;I feel privileged to be a part of Carleton, which has developed into an international hub for research and innovation in wireless communications and networks. Coming from diverse research backgrounds and with rich skill sets, visiting scholars constitute an important part of my research workforce.
