Universities programs, like those Carleton University, the University of Ottawa among others (see <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/eFvpkTZU\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">https:\/\/www.scholarsatrisk.org\/sections\/sar-canada\/<\/a>), look forward to working with\u00a0government to establish viable, permanent immigration pathways will
