Hello everyone, hope your final home stretch is going well. We are the Carleton Artificial Intelligence Society and we are super excited to invite you to our AI Coffee hour.
We are organising our 5th coffee hour on December 9th which will be run by a very special guest speaker! Vinyas Harish is MD/PhD student at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine and Dalla Lana School of Public Health. He stands at the confluence of knowledge and expertise between the fields of clinical medicine, digital epidemiology, and emergency preparedness. Upon completing his pre-clerkship medical training, Harish started doctoral studies exploring machine learning applications in population-level risk prediction and preparedness for global health emergencies. Currently, Harish works as a Doctoral Fellow in the Collaborative Specialization in Global Health and has many publications and awards to his name.
