Fields is hosting its annual Innovation Day on Tuesday, November 21 from 4-6 pm. This event is meant for students and researchers in the mathematical sciences who have an idea for a startup company, or who or who want to learn more about the resources and pathways available to entrepreneurs. The Fields Institute will host venture capitalists and startup founders, to share their experiences, approaches to developing ideas and securing funding for them. Following a question and answer session there will be a networking reception in the Institute. Limited funding is also available for student travel expenses.
