Assumed is that the server your working on has the following things installed:

  1. Cuda Toolkit 8.0
  2. NVIDIA Drivers
  3. cuDNN
  4. GPU card
  5. ibcupti-dev library
  6. Tensorflow libraries, dev, doc and samples

Please contact the SCS Tech staff for information about how to access the GPU servers

.bashrc

Make sure you add the following to your local user .bashrc file:


export CUDA_HOME=/usr/local/cuda

Test GPU Card

The SCS GPU servers have the following specs:

Test Tensorflow

Test that the software is installed by running a python3 script.
